This document stipulates the inspection items, inspection methods, inspection requirements for the complete vehicle and main assemblies, engineering devices and other related operation safety of wheeled special mechanical vehicles, as well as the determination, disposal and data archiving of inspection results. This document is applicable to the safety technical inspection of wheeled special mechanical vehicles used in my country by institutions with inspection qualifications. Imported wheeled special mechanical vehicles may refer to this document for safety technical inspection. The wheeled special mechanical vehicles applicable to this document are loaders, excavators, and bulldozers. For other wheeled special mechanical vehicles with similar functions to these three mechanical vehicles, please refer to this document.
