Scope

This document specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the detection of dihydroquercetin in wolfberry, wolfberry products and processed products. This document is applicable to the determination of dihydroquercetin content in wolfberry, wolfberry products and processed products. When the sampling amount of this method is 10mg, the detection limit of the method is 5mg/g.
