This standard specifies the terms, definitions and symbols for on-site detection methods of heat dissipation loss in urban heating and insulation pipe network systems, test methods, test classification and use conditions, test requirements, data processing, test errors and test reports. This standard is applicable to on-site detection of heat dissipation loss in urban heating and insulation pipes, pipe interfaces and accessories (hereinafter referred to as pipes) where the hot water medium temperature is less than or equal to 150°C and the steam medium temperature is less than or equal to 350°C.
