1.0.1 This standard stipulates the depth of the park’s special power planning content and is the basis for the preparation of the park’s special power planning report. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the work related to the preparation of special power planning in parks (regions) such as industrial parks and large urban complexes. 1.0.3 This standard applies to the work related to the power planning and design of various voltage levels in the park. Among them, the 20kV and 6kV voltage levels can be implemented with reference to the relevant technical requirements of the 10kV voltage level. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with this specification, the content depth of the special power planning in the park should also comply with the relevant national standards.
