- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, inspection categories, basic requirements, comprehensive inspection procedures, comprehensive inspection contents and requirements, and annual inspection contents and requirements for periodic inspection of polyethylene pipelines for urban gas. This standard is applicable to the periodic inspection of polyethylene pipes for urban gas with operating temperatures between -20 ℃ and 40 ℃, working pressures not greater than 0.8 MPa, and nominal outer diameters not greater than 630 mm.
