DTU (DataTransferunit) device is a wireless terminal device specially used to convert serial port data into IP data or convert IP data into serial port data for transmission through the wireless communication network. Before using the DTU device, the serial port of the RS232 or RS485 interface must be correctly configured. Parameters, and specify the relevant parameters of the server to be connected (such as IP address and port, etc.). With the wide application of DTU in various industries such as meteorology, hydrology, water conservancy, electric power, geology, etc., higher requirements have been put forward for the convenience and safety of configuring DTU equipment.
