This document stipulates the sensory, physical and chemical requirements for polyglyceryl fatty acid ester defoaming additives in the sugar industry, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements. This document is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of defoaming agents for sugar production that are compounded with polyglycerol fatty acid esters as the main body and other food additives suitable for sugar production as auxiliary materials.
