- This document specifies the requirements and inspection rules for liquid acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (also known as liquid nitrile rubber, code name L-NBR), describes the corresponding test methods, and specifies packaging, marking, transportation and storage matters. This document applies to L-NBR synthesized by emulsion polymerization using butadiene and acrylonitrile as monomers.
