This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 1,2-dichloropropane, a by-product of propylene oxide. This document applies to 1,2-dichloropropane obtained by distillation and purification from by-products produced in the production of propylene oxide as raw materials, which are mainly used as raw materials for industrial synthesis. Other 1,2-dichloropropane produced through distillation and purification of waste liquid containing dichloropropane can also refer to this document.
