- This document specifies the terms and definitions, model preparation methods, technical requirements and test methods, third-party inspection, marking, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of portable foam fire extinguishing devices (hereinafter referred to as "device"). This document is applicable to fire prevention and extinguishing devices that use Class A foam fire extinguishing agents as fire extinguishing media to extinguish forest fires and can form fire isolation zones.
