This standard stipulates the principles of comprehensive pest and disease control of Fritillaria fritillary, agricultural control, physical and biological control, chemical control measures, and pesticide residue requirements. The prevention and control of pests and diseases in production should follow the principle of "prevention first, comprehensive control", giving priority to green prevention and control measures such as agricultural control, physical control, biological control, and chemical control when necessary. In accordance with the principles of "necessary production, effective prevention and control, safety first, and minimum risk", priority is given to the use of pesticide types that have been registered for similar crops, and prohibited pesticides are not allowed to be used. Regarding the pesticides that must be used in production, based on the occurrence of major pests and diseases of Fritillaria fritillary and the actual needs of production, recommendations for the use of pesticides for the prevention and control of major pests and diseases are proposed. The selection of chemical pesticides should go through production surveys, field trials, residue testing, risk assessment and other procedures to select high-efficiency, low-toxicity and low-residue pesticides, and use pesticide types with different mechanisms of action in a planned rotation.
