1.0.1 This regulation is formulated in order to standardize the design, construction and acceptance of the external wall insulation system of uniform ink insulation panels, to achieve technological advancement, economical rationality, safety and applicability, and to ensure project quality. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to external insulation projects of newly built, renovated and expanded civil and industrial buildings in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees and below. 1.0.3 The design, construction and acceptance of the external wall insulation system of the uniform ink insulation board should not only comply with the provisions of this regulation, but also comply with the provisions of the relevant national and provincial standards.
