T/SCA 021-2022 Specification for communication interface between the dangerous goods tank container information collection terminal and the service platform (English Version)
This standard specifies the communication protocol, communication connection and encryption method for dangerous goods tank container information collection terminals and service platforms. Encryption algorithm: National secret SM1, SM4, SM2 and SM9 are used as recommended encryption algorithms. Encryption process: The encryption process of the terminal collection module is as follows:
——Use SM1 or SM4. The terminal collection module leaves the factory to complete the key setting, and the service platform stores the key. The terminal acquisition module encrypts the data and transmits it to the service platform, and the service platform decrypts the data after receiving it;
——Using SM2 and SM9, the terminal acquisition module completes the private key setting before leaving the factory, and the service platform stores the public key. The terminal collection module encrypts the data private key and transmits it to the service platform. After receiving the data, the service platform uses the public key to decrypt it.
