This document specifies the technical requirements for recycling retired lithium batteries and the performance evaluation requirements for cleaner production. This document is applicable to the recycling process of retired lithium battery cathode materials such as lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium nickel cobalt manganate, and can be used to evaluate the clean production performance of retired lithium-ion power batteries. Other types of retired lithium batteries can refer to this standard.
