This document specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of liquid cooling plates for electronic equipment. This document applies to liquid cooling plates (hereinafter referred to as "cold plates") used in the production and acceptance of electronic equipment.
