Scope

This document stipulates the installation, acceptance, operation and maintenance of evaporative cooling power transformers (hereinafter referred to as "transformers"), the evaluation and countermeasures of fluorocarbon liquids during operation, as well as abnormal operation and treatment. This document applies to the installation, operation and maintenance of transformers with voltage levels from 35kV to 220kV.
