The present document provides the information for the identification of telecommunication equipment. The present document focuses on both manufacturers and PNOs' needs when exchanging information. This information can be used either externally or internally. Based on an analysis of the results of a survey [2]@ the present document identifies the data elements which are considered to be necessary and sufficient to identify equipment. In addition to that@ the present document provides associated information which is found useful to be exchanged between manufacturers and PNOs. The format of the Equipment Identity is out of scope of the present document.
