This document specifies the test preparation, user test statement, reliability test, performance and functional test methods for functional environmental testing of communication chips for internal communication in pure electric passenger cars. This document applies to communication physical layer transceiver chips and gateway switching chips used inside pure electric passenger cars. The protocols supported by the chips are not limited to CAN (CANFD), LIN, Ethernet, etc. This document is applicable to the functional testing of the above-mentioned communication chips before, during and after reliability testing in compliance with the AEC-Q100 standard. It can be used as a reference for testing activities such as chip design verification, chip mass production screening, and user chip selection.
