This document stipulates the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life, and quality commitment of liquid lip gloss. This document applies to liquid lip glosses made from raw materials such as oils, waxes, pigments, natural extracts, thickeners or coagulants. This document does not apply to lip glosses for children.
