Scope
This standard specifies the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography of eight plant growth regulators including chlormequat, paclobutrazol, unconazole, butyric acid hydrazide, gibberellin, abscisic acid, naphthylacetic acid and 2,4-D in tobacco and tobacco products. -Tandem mass spectrometry method.
