This document specifies the terms and definitions for cold chain transportation of fresh and frozen mutton as well as the requirements for cooling and freezing processing, packaging and labeling, storage, and transportation. This document applies to the cold chain transportation management of fresh and frozen mutton and sheep by-products from transportation preparation to final consumption of live sheep that have passed inspection and quarantine and are processed in accordance with the company's slaughtering, segmentation and other process requirements.
