Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of ergosterol in Ganoderma lucidum and related products by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of ergosterol in Ganoderma lucidum (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting bodies, mycelium (dried product), and its product spore powder (broken spore powder) and Ganoderma lucidum spore oil. The detection limit of this standard is 1 μg/mL.
