Scope: This document provides guidance and recommendations for safe operating procedures for high power laser manufacturing equipment. Provides equipment documents and records, installation and use environment inspection and evaluation, laser radiation hazard assessment, non-optical radiation hazard assessment, identification mark inspection, control measure inspection, and laser safety personnel, laser safety management committee and safety training. Information about points to consider. This document applies to Class 3B or Class 4 laser products intended to be used in industrial manufacturing and not expected to be used in industrial manufacturing, but may be used by users for manufacturing under reasonable conditions, including manufacturing equipment embedded with Class 3B or Class 4 laser light sources. This document does not apply to laser products including entertainment, demonstration, calibration, measurement, educational and medical purposes.
