Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for pollution control during the generation, collection, transportation, storage, pretreatment, recycling and disposal of waste plastics. This standard applies to pollution control and environmental management during the generation, collection, transportation, storage, pretreatment, recycling and disposal of waste plastics. It can be used as an environmental impact assessment and environmental protection for waste plastics recycling and disposal projects. Technical basis for facility design, completion acceptance, pollution assessment and management, and cleaner production review. This standard does not apply to waste degradable materials.
