Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, process requirements, inspection, repair, post-welding treatment, safety protection, etc. for welding of austenitic stainless steel pipes for liquefied natural gas on gas carriers. This document is applicable to the welding of austenitic stainless steel pipes for liquefied natural gas used in gas carriers with an outer diameter of ≥11mm and a wall thickness of 2.1mm~16mm.
