Scope

These requirements cover commercial electric cooking appliances intended for outdoor use or use in a protected location if so designated by the manufacturer. These requirements supplement the applicable requirements in Part 1. The requirements do not cover commercial electric cooking appliances intended to be used inside vehicles@ such as a mobile food unit.
