- This standard establishes the service procedures for the appraisal and evaluation of folk collections of cultural relics, and stipulates the operational instructions for the entrustment, acceptance, identification, naming, dating, rating, valuation, result identification, dispute resolution, and file management of folk collections of cultural relics appraisal and evaluation, as well as the operation instructions for the above stages. Conversion conditions describe traceability methods such as process recording and marking. This standard applies to cultural relic appraisal and evaluation services for private collections.
