Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for the optical properties of thin films for laser optics, especially in terms of laser power carrying capacity, mechanical properties, chemical resistance and environmental adaptability. This document applies to optical films for laser applications. This document can not only meet the requirements of film manufacturers for selecting materials and preparation methods, but also enable users to accurately understand the relevant quantitative regulations of the film products.
