This document specifies the safety requirements, performance requirements and test methods for remanufactured electric airport luggage cart lithium battery packs (hereinafter referred to as battery packs). This document is applicable to the selection or design and manufacture of battery packs during the remanufacturing process of the electric airport luggage trolley power system. Note: For newly designed and manufactured electric airport luggage trolleys, the selection, design and manufacture of battery packs can be carried out with reference to this document.
