Main technical content of the standard This standard specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation principles, evaluation content, evaluation procedures, evaluation results, evaluation reports and certificate formats for the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation achievements. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of scientific and technological innovation achievements in the application development, soft science and basic research categories of enterprises established in accordance with the law. It is not applicable to the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements involving state secrets.
