This standard is the application specification for nucleic acid triple detection of hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, and human immunodeficiency virus type 1. This standard applies to medical institutions at all levels (including third-party medical testing laboratories). The detection method of this standard is Real Time Fluorescent Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR). After the blood sample is extracted, amplified, and tested for nucleic acid, the amplification curve is used to determine whether there is relevant pathogenic nucleic acid in the sample.
