- This standard stipulates the terms and definitions, general principles, basic requirements and key site requirements for social units to carry out the construction of "four capabilities" for fire safety. This standard applies to the construction of the "four capabilities" of fire safety in social units and their affiliated institutions. This standard does not apply to laws and regulations that provide otherwise. The construction of the "four capabilities" of fire safety for individual industrial and commercial households with a certain scale and fixed business premises can be implemented with reference to this standard. In addition to complying with this standard, the construction of the "four capabilities" for fire safety in social units should also comply with the relevant national standards.
