Scope

This document defines the degree of consistency between national standardization documents and corresponding ISO/IEC standardization documents1, establishes the general principles and requirements for drafting national standardization documents based on ISO/IEC standardization documents, and specifies drafting steps, relevant elements and appendices writing rules. This document is suitable for drafting national standardization documents based on ISO/IEC standardization documents. When drafted on the basis of standardization documents published by other organizations, they are used by reference in accordance with the copyright and adoption policies of the corresponding organizations.
