This guidance document follows the evaluation requirements of the "Evaluation Standards for Scientific and Technological Achievements", explains the implementation procedures and requirements of the evaluation standards in a practical way, and provides guidance for the implementation and management of the evaluation standards for scientific and technological achievements. By optimizing the evaluation process, evaluation forms, evaluation models and evaluation indicators, we will be fully prepared for evaluation, master scientific evaluation methods, evaluate scientific and technological achievements, and form an objective, fair, scientific and accurate evaluation report.
