Scope: The "Construction Quality Acceptance Standards for Building Energy Conservation Projects" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB50411-2019, and will come into force on December 1, 2019. Among them, Sections 3.1.2, 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.7, 5.2.2, 6.2.2, 7.2.2, 8.2.2, 9.2.2, 9.2.3, 10.2.2, 11.2.2 , 12.2.2, 12.2.3, 15.2.2, 15.2.6, 18.0.5 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Energy-saving Projects" (GB50411-2007) will be abolished at the same time.
