- This regulation is formulated in order to standardize the technical requirements for external wall insulation engineering of graphite modified cement-based insulation boards, ensure the quality of the project, and achieve advanced technology, safety, reliability, economical and reasonable performance, and this regulation is formulated. This regulation is applicable to graphite-modified cement-based insulation board exterior wall insulation projects for civil and industrial buildings, with concrete and masonry as the base wall, for new construction, reconstruction, expansion, and energy-saving renovation of existing buildings. In addition to complying with this regulation, the graphite-modified cement-based insulation board exterior wall insulation project should also comply with the current relevant standards of the country, industry, and provinces and municipalities.
