Scope

This standard specifies deep-water cages for edible fish such as Pseudosciaenacrocea, Sciaenopsocellatus, Lateolabrjaponicus, Pagrosomusmajor, Sparusmacrocephalus, and Nibeajaponica. Requirements for breeding environment conditions, setting up and maintenance of cage areas, transportation of fish species, stocking specifications, stocking density, feeding and management, and fish disease prevention and control technologies. This standard is applicable to the deep-water cage culture of large yellow croaker, kingfish, seabass, red sea bream, black sea bream, Japanese yellowtail and other edible fish. The culture of other seawater fish can also be implemented with reference.
