- This specification is formulated in order to ensure that the design of concrete structures in port projects is technologically advanced, economically reasonable, safe to use, and ensures quality. This specification is applicable to the design of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and plain concrete structures in port engineering hydraulic buildings. It is not applicable to the design of light concrete and other special concrete structures.
