- 1.0.1 These regulations are used to guide automatic control designers to prepare instrument design regulations for engineering projects, or to guide designers to select and supplement the instrument design regulations (general) in Appendix A of these regulations to form instrument design regulations for engineering projects. 1.0.2 Instrument design regulations are the unified regulations of this profession in engineering projects. They not only explain the basic principles of design to users, but also serve to guide the design work of all automatic control designers participating in this project. Design regulations are used within the company and among users, and may also be issued to manufacturers.
