- Scope
- This standard specifies the type, size, material and construction requirements of waterstops. This standard applies to level 1, 2, 3 and level 4 and 5 concrete arch dams, gravity dams, face dams and spillways, workshops, sluices, tunnels, aqueducts and other projects in hydropower and water conservancy projects with a dam height of more than 70m. Other concrete dams , face dams and permanent hydraulic structures can be used as a reference. For concrete face rockfill dams with a dam height of more than 200m or concrete dams with special requirements, face rockfill dams and other hydraulic structures, special research should be conducted on the type, size, material and construction of the waterstop.
