- This standard specifies the basic technical requirements for the general plan transportation design of thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to condensing thermal power plants with turbine generator capacity of 125MW to 600MW units, and is also applicable to the design of thermal power plants with heating units above 50MW. Units of 600MW class and above can be used as a reference. This standard is applicable to the design of new or expanded power plants, and can be used as a reference for the design of reconstruction projects.
