This document stipulates the basic requirements, evaluation index system, scoring rules, evaluation methods, etc. that should be followed for the evaluation of zero-carbon civil buildings. This document is applicable to the evaluation of zero-carbon civil buildings during the operation phase or the entire life cycle of newly built, renovated, and expanded civil buildings, as well as the evaluation activities of zero-carbon civil buildings by third-party evaluation agencies.
