Scope
This standard specifies the measurement contents and graphic usage methods of newspaper fax test samples. This standard is suitable for checking the performance of newspaper fax terminal equipment and the quality of channel transmission. Based on the degree of distortion of each pattern on the received copy, an objective or subjective evaluation can be made on the corresponding technical parameters or indicators of the fax terminal equipment and channel.
