- This standard specifies the type inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, use and maintenance of petroleum workover rigs (hereinafter referred to as workover rigs) and special devices. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, inspection and use of land tire-type well workover rigs. This standard does not apply to coiled tubing operating machines.
