Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of aflatoxin M, B, B, G, and G content in milk and milk powder using immunoaffinity columns and high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin M, B, B, G, G content in milk and milk powder. This standard also applies to low-fat and skim milk, low-fat and skim milk powder. The lowest detection limit for milk powder is 0.08μg/kg, and the lowest detection limit for milk is 0.008μg/L
