- This standard specifies the requirements for the design, manufacturing, assembly and inspection of insulating flanges in electrical corrosion protection projects for buried oil and gas transmission steel pipelines. This standard is applicable to the insulating flanges of buried oil and gas transmission steel pipelines with a pressure not exceeding 16MPa and a transmission medium temperature not higher than 100°C. In principle, it is also applicable to the insulating flanges of buried water transmission steel pipelines.
