- 1.0.1 In order to unify the calculation methods, calculation formulas and selection parameters for the number of freight trucks in chemical enterprises, these regulations are specially formulated. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the calculation of the number of freight vehicles for newly built, renovated and expanded chemical enterprises, but does not apply to the calculation of vehicles used for factory management. 1.0.3 During the production process of chemical enterprises, the number of vehicles that need to provide their own vehicles for long-distance and short-distance transportation of raw materials, fuels, materials, finished products, intermediate products, waste residues and waste materials and for intra-enterprise cargo transport shall be calculated according to these regulations. 1.0.4 The operating shifts and annual working days of self-provided freight vehicles can be determined according to the length of the freight trip, the volume of transportation, and the needs of the goods (materials).
