- 1.0.1 These regulations are formulated in order to unify the depth of preparation of design documents for chemical plant general drawings, transportation construction drawings, ensure design quality, improve design efficiency, and meet design, construction, production and archiving requirements. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the design of general drawings and transportation construction drawings of newly built, expanded, and renovated large and medium-sized chemical plants. For small factories and off-site projects, the design content can be appropriately simplified and the design drawings can be merged based on the specific conditions of the project and on the basis of meeting the design, construction, and production requirements and maintaining design integrity. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with these regulations, the preparation of general plan transportation construction drawing design documents should also comply with the current national design specifications and drawing standards. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these regulations, the construction drawing design of factory railway lines and road projects should also comply with the current national design standards and specifications for railways and roads (highways). 1.0.5 Construction drawing design generally consists of drawings, design concepts, and tables.
