This document stipulates the sensory, physical and chemical requirements of liquid sugar, describes the corresponding test methods, stipulates inspection rules and contents of marking, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage, and provides product classifications that facilitate technical regulations. This document applies to the production, inspection and sale of liquid sugar made from sugar cane, beet or raw sugar as direct or indirect raw materials through processing or conversion technology.
