This document specifies a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of seven biogenic amines in wine. This document is applicable to the determination and confirmation of tryptamine, 2-phenylethylamine, cadaverine, putrescine, histamine, spermidine and tyramine content in wine.
